Dahlonega Georgia loft 33 photography studio- progress report

My exciting loft space is 2500 beautiful square feet in downtown Dahlonega Georgia. It was most recently being used as a dance studio. However, they moved out, and I was able to lease it right away. The landlord has been amazing, and has been doing some minor repairs to get it into top shape for me. 

There was a wonderful contracting crew who have been working to make the studio so beautiful. They have been painting, laying new ceiling tiles, changing out lights to LED compliant ones, and most exciting, they have been painting the outside decking black to give a really beautiful classic but modern feel. 

The before and after is going to be amazing. I have also been hard at work painting some accent walls in rich tones to really bring a warmness to the space. My hope is that this space will not only be used for my clients, but for other photographers in the area to rent and be able to use along with their clients!
